EPOC scanner issue post software update

We are seeing issues with our EPOC's post this recent software update in which the scanner light does not come on and they have to do a hard reboot.   Has anyone had this problem?  I do have a call into Siemens tech support about it.

Yes, we have this issue too.  Our Technical Support from Siemens states all hands digging into it.   Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Is this using the NXS Hosts?  I haven't had that problem, but we have another problem where it says it is syncing and it downloads results into Unipoc but is not updating our user information and users that are expired can't be fixed.  Siemens is working on our issue as well.
Our older hosts do not have this problem.

Yes, this is on the NXS Hosts.  We do not have Unipoc, we have Rals.  So far, we have not seen any issues with updating users in Rals.

We have QML for our NXS and so far have not noticed an issue with operator updates.  Janet is this only since the 4.14.9 update?

Epoc motorola HOST scanner issue after software update, yes.
We have also experienced with the Epoc NXS Host after the software update it getting hung up on the last step when it synchs: "Updating Customization",  using Pocellerator.

@ Jeremy MacDonald - did you ever get a resolution to the problem.  Now some of our users have expired and when we update them in Unipoc, the new information seems to not be loading in there.

Janet,  as you describe: our NXS hosts were not updating the user access.  Yesterday a Siemens Support rep stated he had found a solution.  He said a ini file in our Pocellerator server was missing a test "46" in the coding and he re-added it.  This corrected the problem and the NXS hosts began completing the synch'ing step.  They also picked up the missing user's access we had been trying to gain access for them..... I thought this was the end, it wasn't.  A few hours later I started getting complaints that the same meters are now requiring 23 digit patient ID's.  Our customization for this field in CLIENT Pocellerator requires a 10 digit patient ID only.  I have not been able to address this new issue with Siemens yet, I've left messages with the answering service and am waiting for a call back since this morning. I tried resetting the system defaults to one of the NXS meters hoping to fix it... it didn't work.

oh no!  Keep me updated please!  Unipoc has escalated the issue but I haven't seen a response yet.

Has there been any movement on this one?  We are still having the issue.
