Interviews

This isn't exclusively POC, but I figured this resourceful group would have some input. My facility is in the process of interviewing
for a new laboratory department head and has put together a peer interview team. I don't have a lot of experience with HR or interviewing, so I'm looking for suggestions for possible questions to ask the candidates. We will be "coached" prior to the actual
interviews but were encouraged to bring our own potential questions. Thanks for your help!

whatyoucanandcantasklongversion8-12-04 to share.pdf Our hospital has restructured our hiring process. The process involves a peer interview step. I will attach a list of "Legal" questions...Things that we can legally ask a candidate. There are other questions that were given to us that are supposed to stimulate "open" questions. If needed, I can try to get these as well.
Thanks Aggie! If you could send the "open" questions, it'd be most appreciated. My e-mail is jmiller@stph.org if it's easier to send that way.
