Hi Jillian, like Greg said! some of us do not entirely control POCT purchases. In some cases inventory/reimbursement may be under the lab for some but not all POCT. Then in some cases, the lab has no ties to purchasing, inventory or reimbursement of POCT reagents and products.

We oversee the disbursment and ordering of the i-STAT cartridges we use. I was wondering how those who do the same, keep up with the tracking of how much is being used and how much is being expired before use.
