POCC Assistant

Hello group
Do any of you have a POC assistant that does not have the same qualifications as you do, meaning meeting Technical consultant qualifications? If so, what kind of tasks do you allow them to perform so the department stays in compliance?
Can they review results, QCs, oversee the department while you on PTO? What are the limitations?

I have some individuals that come to help me with certain tasks. Since they aren't technical consultants they cannot do reviews, or moderate complexity check-offs, things like that. I have people who help that don't meet the qualifications help with certification input, performing the validations, in-putting the results for the validations in a report and then I review and sign off, filing, scanning, meter exchange, supply ordering/upkeep, 6 month AMR's, things like that.
