Hello! Any helpful info anyone could pass along about the Rotem Sigma? Any SOPs to share or advice on how to get my Normal QC to pass???? This is my first time validating a new instrument so *any* advice or helpful materials would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would reach out to your vendor and have them send someone to help set them up. Sorry, I don't use that device so I can't be more helpful.
