Abbott Calibration Verification Level 1b

Hello,
We just finished up our CLEW update and I have three clinic sites that are reporting *** for TCO2 when they are running the Abbott Calibration Verification Level 1b. This is happening with different lots of cartridges, on different analyzers, and with different competent operators. We have run the ceramic conditioning cartridge and external simulator.
The weird thing is all of the QC and other five levels of Cal Ver. material passed with expected values. I'm just wondering if any of y 'all are also having issues or if it is isolated to my system.
Take care,
-Dean Derhaag MS, MLS

I know you probably are just making sure you are running it through the
cal/ver menu under quality tests.

Correct. Additionally, we performed some validations for other reasons only 2-3 weeks ago with the same lot numbers, on the same instruments and there were no issues. That leads me to believe there may be an issue with the CLEW. It is also strange that the level 1b has worked in other clinics, so at this point it is very difficult to identify the cause.
I will reach out to Abbott tech support and repost when/if there is resolution to this issue.
Thank you,
-Dean
