D-Dimer Assays

We are investigating D-dimer assays to implement one in our Quick Care Clinics.  Would be interested in knowing what assays are being used in the clinic settings.

Thanks!

hi,
we are using the Roche cobas h232 CARDIAC system for POC D-Dimer and find excellent correlation to IL, Stago and Siemens D-Dimer. uses heparinized whole blood, but have not as of yet found profiency testing for this, so use alternate assessment.

We're using the Quidel Triage D-Dimer assay. Very simple operation in our Moderate Complexity POC settings. Connects easily to Telcor and RALS middleware platforms. PT exists from API.
