Do any of you order POC CAP surveys in EPIC and pass them out labeled?

We don't prelabel them. We do make up barcodes for our cap survey that the operator scans when they run the test.
Do you order them in EPIC as ZZtest patients?
No we do not order them at all at this time.
We just pass out the survey to the correct department
My goal is to order these in EPIC and label with a dummy CSN so it will be easier to pull reports and track.
