Ordering CAP PT

I'm ordering CAP PT samples for the first time. The only moderate complexity testing being performed is the iSTAT Chem-8 cartridge. What CAP samples are other labs ordering for this test type (for 2021)? This is my first time ordering with CAP. I didn't see anything listed that would work under POC (the only iSTAT samples listed were for ACT and blood gas). Thanks for any help~

We recently switched from istat to Epoc, but we did use the Chem-8 cartridges when we had the istat. The PT test we ordered was the AQI, which I believe is the Critical Care Blood Gas with Chemistry. We also used the G3+ cartridge, so we were able to report the Blood Gas values as well, but I think this kit might be your best bet for the Chem-8 cartridge. You might give CAP a call and see what they recommend - I had to do that with the Epoc, and they were really helpful! Good luck!
