Do you use the manufacture range for the glucometer? or do you adjust it?

I use the manufacturer's range.
We think the manufacturer's ranges are too wide. We use the TAE, total allowable error from CAP. 10% from the mean or 6 mg/dl. For use it works well, as we can address issue before the values are out of the manufacturer's ranges. We continue to see QC level 1 values continuously below the mean.
