The Sophia operations guide states thru-put for SARS-CoV 2 antigen testing is 4/hr.
I'm wondering if anyone has had experience getting more results thru than that.

The Sofia 2 will only perform 4 tests/hour if used in the Walk-away mode. If you batch test specimens then the through put could be significantly higher. Set 5-10 cassettes up at a time - incubate on the counter and run in the Read-Now mode. It only takes approx. 11 secs to read each test.
