Draw Fees

I've been asked by our LIS analyst if we can charge draw fees for our iSTATs. We have been, but I believe all of our iSTAT samples are taken from IV starts (only used in DI and IVT). Googling around I see that any fee associated with the IV should include any blood draws taken from the IV - so we are double charging. Do you know how your facility handles this?
