RALS eQuiz vs. MediaLab

Hi,

I am new to POC and am looking for a better way to store our hospital's training and competency records. Currently, the Accucheck glucometer annual competency is done through NetLearning. The iStat competencies and tests are done on paper and kept in the employees' file. Our nurse educators are expressing their frustration with not having everything online, for many valid reasons. After sending emails within our network and online searches, I was directed to RALS eQuiz and MediaLab as a possible solution. Does anyone have experience with both systems that would be able to compare which one is better? Any input about the pros and cons of both systems are appreciated!

I have experience with MediaLab but I am unfamiliar with RALS eQuiz. MediaLab is a very large program where there are multiple ways to perform any task from document control, to building training and competency assessments. The system is helpful for pulling reports on different locations. Overall MediaLab is good, large and can be cumbersome at times. Best if you are always in the system updating things real time, if not, MediaLab will alert you about an item to be addressed but it is really in compliance.
