Interface for PICCOLO

We have ours interface through QML/Telcor and we haven't had many issues.  There was recently a software update for the Piccolos and we had to verify the settings in one of the instruments but for the most part they are not an issue.

I volunteer at a free clinic in town to provide treatment and lab services for the underserved and uninsured in collaboration with the CLMA .  We used to use Chem8+ which Abbott have been donating through their grant.  Unfortunately, Chem8+ was recalled because it is now considered moderate complex test and we carry CLIA waived only. After waiting almost a year , not being able to provide lab tests right away, we decided to purchase a Piccolo,  We are ready to set it up and validate. I would like to know if anyone would be willing to  share  a  copy of their Procedures and competency  forms.  I would like to know how well does it work.  How are the results compared to the Main Lab? 
Any help you can give would be very much appreciated. 

What cartridges will you be using? I am more than happy to send our documentation if needed by anyone, but we have things broken down by Cartridge type.
