Is anyone willing to share their ACT policy or order sets that involve ACTs...?
(especially if anyone addresses specific use cases like Impella patient heparinization, etc...)
I'm working on policy and methodology revisions involving several different types of useage and expanding from one to two different ACT methodologies at my facility. Being able to review other facilities' procedures would be very helpful as I update this policy. I'd like to learn from how other facilities have organized their policies on ACTs, especially when multiple methodologies and usages are present in the same facility.

I would be interested in this also. We have finished correlations and are planning to implement ACTk on the ISTAT for monitoring impella patients.
