KOH (skin, nails,hair)in clinic lab

Do any of you run the KOH testing in your clinics?  Our clinics are mostly POC and small . Our  procedure has always been to just report yeast present or absent. We have been asked to report if we see spores, etc as well. Can you share what you use for procedure or point me in direction of good education for our small staff in clinics,?
Thank you

We report as 'fungal elements present' or 'fungal elements absent' to cover a range.

Same as Erin stated.

Thank you. I meant to say we report fungal elements seen or not present - not yeast.
I just need to find a good lms on the subject or put one together myself. :)
