PT/INR Point of Care device

Does anyone know of a Point of Care device that measures PT/INR for the "normal" patient population? I know the iSTAT has a PT/INR cartridge but it is designed for use in monitoring patients on  oral anticoagulant therapy. Our facility also has a Coaguchek and that is designed for the same population. I appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks!

The only device I know that can be used for PT/INR on non-coumadin patients is the Hemochron Signature Elite from Werfen (IL). They have a cuvette for INR for citrated blood, as well as one for fresh blood. We use the citrated blood cuvette at our freestanding ED/UC sites for INR. It is mod complex.

Thanks, Kathleen. It's worth a look into
