ACT in Stroke Protocol?

I've had a request for POC anti-Xa testing to be included in our emergency department's assessment and management of stroke patients. I have not been able to find a POC anti-Xa test, but I've found many references to correlation between Anti-Xa and ACT.
I'm wondering if any of your institutions use ACT in this way or if anyone has a suggestion of an alternative testing method?
Thank you in advance!
