Hemochron Signture Elite Connectivity Help

We just updated our Telcor QML server.  With the update the IP address of the QML server changed.  We have been able to get all of our devices back up and connected, except for the Hemochron Signature Elites.  We updated the Remote IP to match the new IP address of the new server, but they will not communicate and send results.  Does anyone have any insight?  Hemochron vendor seems to think it is a Telcor issue.  All our other devices switched over fine.  The Hemochrons are the only devices we actually put the Gateway and Net Mask information in.  I am not sure what information to put here.  I did try changing to the new Gateway and Net Mask of the new server but still nothing.  We have them setup for DHCP.  I was not in the department when we got the devices connected so I am not sure where to start.  Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

The subnet mask is usually the 255.255.XXX.XX number that IT will give you for your hospital/area. The Subnet mask is something that your IT department will also have to give based on the static IP you are using for your devices. I do not have hemochrons but did recently have to update our RALS server to Azure (cloud). I'm not sure if you are using a VIP (virtual IP) for the Telcor, but it can cause trouble

We just had a server move on the 15th and had to change all the IP address for all our POCT instruments, including the Sigs.  Do you have yours set up to transmit from any location?  Feel free to email or message me.  awilson@nemours.org

 The sig elite has a known baud rate "shift", whether connected via direct ethernet, digi/lantronix box, etc. You may want to verify the device and/or digi/lantronix box settings. I'm not sure if you can view the baud rate setting in Telcor, you may need a Telcor rep to verify/change this for you if needed. 

Following as our upgrade is occurring in QML test right now.

Thank you to everyone that has responded so far.  I have a call setup with someone from our IT department and Telcor shortly.  We have the devices connected via direct ethernet.  If there is any other troubleshooting anyone can suggest, please let me know.  Hopefully I get this resolved today.  

A few items....
1. Verify on the meter Telcor server IP is correct, the port # the device uses to communicate to QML Telcor is correct AND the firewall is open for the port #.
 2. There is not a software mismatch with your version of QML Telcor and your Sig elite firmware. 
3. The baud rate is correct on the device and in Telcor 
4. You can ping the network port IPs 5. Have you tried removing the device from Telcor and adding it again?
 6. You may have to reset the meter back to factory settings.

Hi Everyone,  We are all fixed.  The port from the Hemochron to the server (port 5454) was not opened or added when the switch occurred.  It was missing from the list.  Easy fix...just took time to figure out.  Thank you to everyone!  So glad to have this ListServ to go to for help!
