I just found out from my Abbott rep that the room temp storage for the cartridges that contain Ionized Calcium is going back to 2 months.  Finally.  He said a letter will be coming out next week.

yay!!!!! as I'm sitting her now labeling each cartridge with the 4 week sticker lol.  That's great news!

I will believe it when I see it!
I would like for them  to get the Chem8+ back to waived.

I got my letter from Abbott yesterday.  The CG8+ and EG7+ are back on 2 months  room temperature stability, except for specified  lot numbers that should not be used for  reporting ionized calcium.  WE do no9t take too many out to room temperature and we take out what we anticipate to use for 3 -7 days. So no problem with us.
Just read the letter closely when you get it. So many exceptions!!! or do this do that, arghhh.
