CAP Quality Cross Check Items

Is there any lab out there that uses the CAP Quality Cross Checks versus using the CAP PT's if there is a available laboratory on site? For example Blood Gas lab on site but also utilize POC devices for blood gas testing on the units, same thing for chemistries.

I had tried using the Cross checks a few years ago for competency, but I wasn't happy with the stability.
Our POC program uses AQIQ at two hospitals where the laboratories also use iSTAT. The labs run the AQ surveys.
We use AQIQ for out iSTATs. Any specific info you are looking for?
We utilize Quality Cross Check for our 2nd test method platform on our CAP ID, instrument to instrument correlation and provides and opportunity for competency blind sample performance.
