iSTAT Dispensing Tip Issues?

Is there anyone who has been having issues with their iSTAT dispensing tips pulling the caps off tubes when nursing tries to take the tube out? Our emergency department has had a few issues with this lately and it causes a big mess.

Yes, our ER reported the issue and wondered if there was an issue with the light green tubes. We use BD. Not sure where we are in the resolution process.
We had switched to Greiner, but with the tube shortages we are back to BD for a bit... so I wonder if it could be the tubes. I feel like it started all of a sudden.
Megan have you reached out to Abbott to ask about the dispense tips?
Our Abbott rep went to the ED and we suspect the seals on the BD tubes are compromised. (maybe by being out on the ocean too long?)
