iSTAT result greater than AMR

Hi, I have been a POCC for more than 10 years but I have changed jobs so I have some new challenges.
I have some specific questions about iSTAT, RALS and Cerner. If you have an iSTAT result outside of AMR (example pCO2 >130) do you post the result in Cerner, and if so, how? Mine gets stuck in RALS and I can't manually upload it. Being an 'alpha' response, I'm not sure how to get it to post in Cerner as the DTA is designated as a numeric result.
Do you require the operator to send a specimen to the lab to recheck?

RALS - set your evaluation criteria to send those results over to Cerner.
Cerner - set your AMR to result as < or > than your lower/upper limit.
I use both systems and </> AMR post in Cerner. Contact me if you need help.
