Does anyone have a POCT Quality Control Procedure they would be willing to share?

Kelly, do you mean a comprehensive procedure detailing all manners of Quality Assurance? Or some specific POC test?
We have switched from CAP to Joint Commission for lab accreditation and I am preparing for our first inspection. Their standards ask for a QC policy that defines the number, type and frequency of QC, acceptability criteria, establishing control ranges, QC review criteria, etc.
