Blood Gas Method Comparison on a Large Scale

Good afternoon fellow POCT members,
Our institution is about to upgrade to the RP500e's and we're looking to validate 28 analyzers for our institution. Does anyone have experience doing patient comparisons on this large scale while maintaining the specimen integrity of a blood gas sample?
We're still debating on how to break up the comparison without a large amount of manpower.
We are simply doing a one-for-one swap from the RP500's.

We validated 20 GEM 5000 analyzers by selecting one to be the reference analyzer, which we compared to the lab instruments. We grouped the remaining analyzers into 4 groups and compared each group of instruments against the reference analyzer.
