Testing with the new NXS Epoc Host and Orange BGEM cards

We are not new to testing with the Epoc but we are with the NXS Host and new Orange BGEM cards.  Sporadically, we have had the following scenario occur:
After testing is complete and settings and critical handling have been entered, the operator prints the results then presses close and transmit.  They will then receive a message "you did not handle the critical" and closes.  When they log back in, all the critical comments and settings is gone and it will not transmit or  print what was originally entered.  It has happened on different lot number of cards and different epocs.
