General Lab Polices

Hello Everyone
i have a question. We are currently transitioning to a new LIS (Epic) As we are going thru the changes in workflow, our hospital is asking for new SOP to be written for things we never really had a policy for. Does anyone have a common policy for things like receiving, add-on testing, especially polices for phlebotomy? I want to help the manager write some new polices for the staff and I'm just here looking for help.
Thank you

We have policies for everything you have mentioned, including a phlebotomy manual. These are general policies for lab. For EPIC we use an EPIC training manual and sign off that you have been thru a training course.
