Good morning. We are in the process of setting up our Gem 5000's and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their procedure or any training materials. Thanks in advance!

I will send you our procedure and training checklist to your email.

Can I also get a copy of both as well?  Thank you so much!

Hi Ashlee, I've sent them to your email.

Hi I am a new user to Listserv,  my hospitals are located in Tennessee.  I am looking for any procedures for the Gem 5000. I am going from the iStat to the Gem 5000.  I am looking for any pitfalls of making the move.  I would appreciate any and all the help I can receive.

I feel the GEMS are much easier to use than the IStats and more accurate. We run the full Gas/Co-Ox/Lytes/Lactate panels and I would be more than happy to share information.

I would really be grateful if you would pass it along to my email.  I am very confused how this will be integrated into POC. ( Being half Respiratory and half Laboratory. )

I would love to get a copy also!
