Trop Instrument Comparison

Hello, we use i-stat for troponin down in our ER and in our lab we have the HStrop for the Atellica. Anyone have a similar setup? How are you all completing the instrument comparisons as they have different units of measurement/ methods? Thanks.

Hello Ren, we do provide i-STAT troponins in our ERs, however, we also provide HS troponins using the Siemens Vista in our core labs. Since the two testing methods are different hence their units, we run a Qualitative Method Concordance using the EP Evaluator software.
