Hello,
Can the same POCC enter CAP/API PT results from different laboratories within the organization with different CLIA numbers? (We are TJC accredited and not CAP.)

Yes....however, no POC staff should enter two sets of results from different locations; it is considered "corraboration." A person may be influenced by one result or the other and compare.....
You can enter for 2 CLIA numbers, but must submit them from that actual physical location. Since many of the results have instrument printouts, we have documentation that there was no sharing of information.
