My Institution is bringing on 2 ROTEM DELTA for our CV Surgery program. If anyone has some experience with the validation or any tips that they learned through trial and error, please let me know. Any tips or warnings would be greatly appreciated. I have done enough validations to know that these companies never share everything when it comes to their product.
