Help! Reset Clinitek Settings

We are in the process of interfacing our Cliniteks and when I enabled the Authorized User setting, I did not add an authorized user, and now cannot use the instrument. Does anyone know if you can reset this?

Hi Cindy,

Call Siemens help desk . They will give you a login that you can access the analyzer. Best of luck.

Been there, done that! I think all you can do is call Clinitek and they can give you a number to unlock it. 1-800-255-3232

So you cannot get into the menus to reset this? There is an override code. It does change but you can try 3654 or 0278.

Thank you everyone! I was able to talk to Siemens and got it reset. You must have one authorized user entered on the Clinitek. Lesson learned! :)
