Interfacing Clinitek Results

I will be undergoing this very soon as well with the same set-up.  I have done some new interfaces with other instruments and may be able to help if you message your question to me.

We have Cliniteks interfaced except it is through RALS and Epic.  The Clinitek limits you on what can be done and any middleware seems more like a pass through for results rather than device management.  We run both solicited and unsolicited interfaces.  I might be able to answer general questions

We are just starting build to implement Telcor but use Cerner Millennium.  Definitely curious how others do it, as we want to use it for our clinic sites but are struggling a little with the billing (ICD-10) code part.

We have our Cliniteks interfaced through QML and Sunquest for our satellite clinics.  We don't have Meditech but I'm open for any questions I can answer :).

I have found that the Clinitek Patient Identification is outdated and really needs an update to match positive patient identification like many other devices. I am not sure how other hospitals have done their setup but would be useful to know.
