CAP Blood Gas and Oximetry Quality Cross Check Interpretation

Hi everyone,

We have Radiometer ABL825 Flex analyzers in POC and ordered CAP's SOQ Quality Cross Check - Blood Oximetry and AQQ (QCC - Blood Gas w/Chemistry) to see if we would like to utilize these for intra-analyzer comparisons.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone using QCC's with regard to what intra-analyzer evaluation criterion have been set up at your facility, especially in a policy format. Are you using the CLIA-CMS/CAP Evaluation criteria or other?
