Downtime Override and Nova SP13

Hi all,
For those of you that got the Nova upgrade for ADT failures, did you have an issue getting the SP13 installed and working correctly? We have been trying to get it installed on our test system and after it was finally installed we can't get it to have locations in the ADT. We have Novanet , Telcor and EPIC. Does anyone have that combo that resolved the issue?
