Telcor/QML Super users?

Hello,

I am looking for a Telcor/QML super user who wouldn't mind connecting with me so I could pick their brain. I am wanting to connect all my devices to QML to then send results to Epic. Freestyle, clinitek, istat are the main devices I am thinking about.

I think it is possible to manager my users, devices, and monitor patient/qc results all in QML, I just need confirmation and some guidance.

Not a super user, but I can tell you my clinitek are connected to my QML. I don't have Freestyle but I am in the process of getting a quote to get iSTAT and have them connected.

I currently have i-STAT, Clinitek, Nova glucose and GeneXpert Express instruments set up in Telcor. With Telcor I can manage users and see error messages from failed tests (ie: flow errors on the Nova glucose instrument). I can also pull patient reports and QC. All of the results are currently going into EPIC/BEAKER. I would contact a Telcor rep or if you don't have one Telcor support at 866-486-1207 and they would be able to direct you to your rep in your area.
