How often do you schedule optical lens cleaning on the AVOX 1000e?

As needed for troubleshooting but I try to clean it yearly even though it's not in our policy.
Yearly and as needed for troubleshooting.
I do every 6 months before the Calibration.
Our hospitals do yearly and/or as needed for troubleshooting.
We have biomed do this quarterly on all meters or as needed. Over the years we have found that this just sets us up for success and is best for our workflow, instead of waiting for an issue to come up.
I do as Tammy does- every 6 months before my AMR and comparison studies. My BioMed staff said it is very easy to do, and found ours quite dusty when it was due for it's inital 6 month cleaning.
