CPT and LOINC Codes

This is my first time building and implementing a test. We are going to use CHEMSTAT in our ED. Where do you find the CPT codes? I am so lost looking on CMS and APA website. I tried the vendor but they referred me to the links I mentioned.
I haven't even started with the LOINC code.
If there is an easier way, please let me know!
