Correlating iSTAT PT/INR

Have any of you tried correlating iSTAT PT/INR with Sysmex CS 2500? We are trying to validate this cartridge, but they not correlating at all with our laboratory instruments.

The ISI and mean standard don't change with the i-STAT, but will change with each lot on the Sysmex-- because of this you may find that the INR will never correlate. It may be better to just look at the PT value and acknowledge in your verification write up for this cartridge that the INR is a calculated parameter off the PT results.
