Covid swab specimens and pneumatic tube

Our facility has been very conservative in regards to transport of Covid swab specimens through our pneumatic tube system. The last CDC guidelines I could find from Oct '21 stated that "Each facility should conduct a site- and activity-specific risk assessment of the procedures performed, identifying the hazards involved in the process, the competency level of the personnel performing the methods, and the laboratory facility". Has anyone completed a risk assessment and willing to share?
