CoaguChek XS Pro New Meter Validation

Hello friends,
We're looking for suggestions on how to validate a new CoaguChek XS Pro meter. Years ago, we were stationed at one of our draw sites and asked for consent (to have an additional fingerstick) from patients who had an INR ordered for the lab. With the decreased number of coumadin patients, the orders for INR have dropped making it difficult to find patients who are having INRs sent to the lab. Most are done at the POC. We welcome your methods of setting up a new meter.

Since it is waived, CAP does not currently have direction that the validation needs to be performed at the CLIA testing facility, so I was able to transfer the meter to the off-site testing location when the validation was approved.
