CAP accredited- what are your policies on when temperatures go outside of range of reagent/cartridge storage? specifically, is there a certain amount of time that it is acceptable (example: if outside of range for longer than 30 minutes, run QC) also, do you run one level of QC or all levels of QC?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I am interested in knowing what other's policies are too. Our Lab policy just states to move reagents to another refrigerator/freezer if the temperature is out of range for more than 4 hours.
