Medtronic HR-ACT reportable range?

If you use the Medtronic HR-ACT cartridges, what is your reportable range?  I have one department who was told sometime before I started not to report above 600 seconds and I found a very confusing paragraph at the bottom of page 6 of the cartridge IFU...

Our upper reportable range is >999. In general, results above 600 seconds indicate a coagulopathy of some sort (heparin, factors, dilution, decreased temp, etc.) but we leave it up to the physician to decipher it. We report the HPT with the result if using the HMS.

We use 999. Here's how we have it written. Seeing over 600 resulted is pretty rare. But it's all patient and situation dependent.
