Staff is saying the orange indicator on the test base doesn't descend properly (if at all) so they get invalid results. We have two lots showing this issue: M234260 and M234104. Anyone else seeing this?

I have lot M234104 in use and have not had any complaints yet. I'll keep an eye on this lot and let you know.
This happens sometimes but it's a rare occurrence since I called tech support years ago. When this happens it's because the user isn't pressing down hard enough. They should not be afraid of pressing down hard to get the indicator to descend. And they should not close the door if the indicator hasn't descended as they will get an invalid result. Lastly they should not to go by the double clicks alone. They should do a visual check before closing the door.
