Ambulatory Epic Quality Controls

Does anyone have quality controls in Epic for POC testing? We went to Epic about 2 years ago and I have been trying to get quality controls into the Ambulatory setting. We have had to go back to logging on paper. If so, can you tell me how it is set up. I feel like when we went to Epic it was a huge step backwards with quality controls.

We have utilized our middleware (RALS) to document all our controls. For any "non-analyzer" test kits we perform the QC per lot# and enter into manual log sheets.
Hi Lora, what QC are you needing them to document? It would depend on the method/device on how I would answer this question.
Rapid test like Strep A, Influenza, Covid, and urine dipstick. None of the analyzers in the physician offices are interfaced. We have Afinion A1C, Hemocue hemoglobin meters, and Cholestech.
For our Streps, urine pregs, Hemocue, Leadcare and other manual tests we have them log the results on a paper logsheets. My goal is to oneday get the QC on my manual test entry same as the results.
