CAP SOQ crosscheck on ABL

Is anyone else having issues getting results when running SOQ crosscheck material? We use ABL and I get a lot of errors of "oxi spectrum mismatch," or something similar. Sometimes I'll see question marks on the result and sometimes I don't get results at all. This happened last year but it's much worse this year. I've seen it on ABL 800 and ABL90. It seems worse on ABL90. My service tech said that CAP uses bovine serum and we're wondering if it's a matrix issue.

On the ABL90 (and probably similar on 800): Menu > Utilities > Setup > General Setup > Parameters and input > Parameter setup
Highlight each SO parameter that you run and click Edit. Uncheck both the 'Repress parameter value in patient result in case of any problems' and 'out of range suppression.'
We've made the mistake of forgetting to uncheck the boxes and that's when we get all the errors you mentioned. Just remember to recheck the boxes!
Danielle, your hack worked perfectly! Thank you!
Now I at least have results for everything, but almost every sample across nine analyzers still have question marks.
Sarah and Danielle, did you get all results without question marks?
Since I have you here, curious if you guys have been receiving leaky solution packs in the last few months? I've had a few now....
