Epoc Direct Connect to Telcor

Does anyone have their Epocs directly connected to Telcor? We are looking at upgrading our Epoc Hosts to the NXS Host and would like to eliminate the use of the EDM software and directly connect to Telcor. If you could give feedback on this process and pros/cons? Any feedback is helpful in case I'm missing planning for something. Also, how do you pull your QC report for the Epoc device in Telcor? We usually pull from EDM, but with moving to directly connected to Telcor, will need a new process for this. Thank you!
