i-STAT 2 GHz vs 5GHz implementation

Has anyone here switched from the 2 GHz wireless i-STAT to the 5GHz? If so, did you all fulyl revalidate the cartridges again for the updated i-stat?

If they're new devices, they would need a full validation. If it's a software upgrade that changes it, then probably an electronic simulator and QC would suffice.
What does Abbott recommend?
