iSTAT internal sim failures

Has anyone else seen an increase in internal simulator failures in the last 2 months, specifically with CG8 cartridges? At first I thought I had an analyzer issue with one specific meter, but it's for sure looking like a cartridge issue now.

I've seen a drastic increase in error code 20; with lot CG8, W23163. What lot are you using? I've seen it with 5 different instruments, two departments, 5+ operators. We even performed Pin Conditioning and its still happening. I contacted Abbott Thursday 8/17 and will be reporting back tomorrow (8/24) we are still having an issue.
I'm getting Internal Simulator failures B, L and R. It's oddly localized to 3 departments right now but multiple meters. W23124, W23076 and a couple others. I'm going to call tech support this afternoon and I also ordered a new lot to try for now.
I took a 2nd look at internal failures last month and month to date so far. I am not seeing any increase in internal simulator failures across the board. I'm only seeing an increase in code 20s; but the increase is only with CG8 cartridges.
We have seen an increase in errors, our is code 79, cartridge error, use another cartridge, lot W23148. It flags as a thermal contact error on the middleware.
