Competencies for Sig Elite to GH100

For sites that converted from the Signature Elite to the GH100, are you requiring your experienced Sig Elite operators to to start over with an initial training, 6 month and 12 month competency for the GH100?

It’s was an issue that we went back and forth on. In the end we emailed CAP to clarify. The response was that only new hires had to perform initial, within 7 months and again at 12 months. Since the vast majority of our nurses and Cardiac techs were experienced they were only required to show initial training and proof of annual competency.
